Kidney-Friendly Chicken Stew
Ingredients
- 200g Lean Chicken Breast
- 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Chopped Carrots
- 2 cups Low-Sodium Homemade Broth
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
- Bring the low-sodium broth to a gentle simmer in a large pot.
- Add the chicken and vegetables, cooking on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve warm with a side of white rice (which is low in phosphorus).
