Kidney-Friendly Chicken Stew

Ingredients

  • 200g Lean Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Shredded Cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Carrots
  • 2 cups Low-Sodium Homemade Broth

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.
  2. Bring the low-sodium broth to a gentle simmer in a large pot.
  3. Add the chicken and vegetables, cooking on low heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with a side of white rice (which is low in phosphorus).
